Fund for a Sustainable Future Endowment Contribution

In honor of Valley Forward’s 40th anniversary, the Board of Directors has established the Fund for a Sustainable Future endowment as a way to enhance the organization’s financial security long into the future.

We are suggesting that every individual member of Valley Forward consider a gift to the Fund for a Sustainable Future endowment. A contribution of $40 (or a multiple of $40) is suggested. Simply complete this form with the details of your donation and submit it to participate.

Valley Forward Association is a 501(c)(3) Corporation.
All contributions are tax deductible.

If you would prefer to contribute to the Fund for a Sustainable Future endowment by check or off-line using a credit card, download the endowment contribution form. Just fill it out on your computer and save it using different name. You can then e-mail the completed form back to us (better for the environment) or print and mail it.
